Services refer to all digital marketing, website development, SEO, advertising, branding, graphic design, content writing, maintenance, consultation, and other professional services offered by WebixWeb.

Order means a confirmed request by You to purchase any of Our services.

Website refers to www.webixweb.com.

You means the individual, business, organization, or legal entity purchasing or using Our services.

Our Refund Policy

Unlike physical products, WebixWeb provides professional digital services that require planning, research, creative work, technical expertise, and dedicated time. Because these services cannot be returned once work has started, all payments made for our services are generally non-refundable.

1. No Refund Policy

Once a project has been confirmed and work has begun, payments made to WebixWeb are non-refundable.

This policy applies to all services, including but not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Google Ads Management

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Logo Design & Branding

  • Graphic Design

  • Content Writing

  • Website Maintenance

  • Landing Page Design

  • Digital Marketing Consultation

  • Any custom digital marketing service

Our team invests professional time, skills, and resources from the beginning of every project. Therefore, completed or ongoing work cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Payment & Project Policy

Once payment is received and work has started:

  • Payments cannot be cancelled or reversed.

  • Project fees are non-transferable to another person or business.

  • Any work completed before project cancellation must be paid for in full.

  • Final project files or website ownership will be transferred only after all outstanding payments have been cleared.

3. Client Cancellation

If You decide to cancel Your project after work has started, WebixWeb will stop further work upon receiving written notice.

However:

  • Payments already made will not be refunded.

  • Any pending invoices for completed work must still be paid.

  • Completed work remains the property of WebixWeb until full payment is received.

4. SEO & Digital Marketing Services

Digital marketing results depend on many external factors, including search engine algorithms, competition, advertising platforms, budgets, and customer behaviour.

For this reason:

  • We do not guarantee specific Google rankings.

  • We do not guarantee a fixed number of leads or sales.

  • We do not provide refunds based on marketing performance or business results.

5. Website Development Projects

After a website project has started:

  • Design, development, testing, and consultation charges are non-refundable.

  • Delays caused by the client do not qualify for a refund.

  • Additional revisions or new features requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

6. Third-Party Costs

Payments made to third-party providers are not controlled by WebixWeb and are non-refundable.

These may include:

  • Domain Registration

  • Web Hosting

  • Google Ads Budget

  • Meta Ads Budget

  • Premium Plugins

  • Premium Themes

  • Third-Party Software Licences

  • Other external services purchased on the client’s behalf

Any refund for these services will be subject to the policies of the respective third-party provider.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, WebixWeb may consider a partial refund at its sole discretion.

If approved:

  • Administrative charges may be deducted.

  • Applicable taxes and third-party expenses may not be refunded.

  • The decision of WebixWeb regarding such requests shall be final.

8. Legal Compliance

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the applicable laws of India.

By purchasing our services, You acknowledge that digital marketing, website development, design, and other digital services involve professional effort and are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
